Frequently Asked Questions
You choose your plan and daily quantity of milk (daily, weekly, or monthly) and pay a refundable security deposit based on your plan (Rs. 3,000 for ≤3 kg/day, Rs. 5,000 for 3–5 kg/day, Rs. 8,000, for 5–8 kg/day). We deliver fresh milk each morning between 7:00–9:00 AM. We tally your usage monthly and send an invoice; payment is due by the 1st–5th of the following month.
Yes— WhatsApp us at least 3 days before your next scheduled delivery to pause, resume, or cancel your subscription with no penalty. We will refund your full security deposit (after settling any outstanding dues) within 15 business days of cancellation.
For monthly subscriptions, we total your milk usage at month-end and send an invoice (via WhatsApp or email) on the 30th or 31st. Payment is due by the 1st–5th of the next month. For daily and weekly plans, payment is collected in advance at the start of each billing cycle via WhatsApp or our online payment options (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, etc.).
After you submit your name, address, and desired daily quantity, we’ll dispatch a free 250 ml sample in branded packaging the very next morning between 7:00–9:00 AM so you can taste our milk before subscribing.
The security deposit (Rs. 3,000, Rs. 5,000, or Rs. 8,000 depending on your plan) covers initial deliveries and ensures your commitment. It’s fully refundable within 15 business days after you cancel and settle any outstanding dues.
Yes—you can adjust your milk quantity or switch plans any time. Just WhatsApp us at least 3 days before your next delivery cycle starts. We’ll update your plan so the new rate and deposit (if any) apply from your next billing period
We currently serve Limited Islamabad Sectors and, Golra Mor, Range Road, Misriyal Road and some other surrounding neighborhoods within approximately a 4 km radius of our Rawalpindi hub; enter your address on fill the form to confirm eligibility
If you’re not home, leave a clean insulated bag or a note at your drop-off spot. Our rider will then leave your milk there or with a neighbor (if pre-arranged) to maintain the 7:00–9:00 AM delivery schedule.
Our milk is pasteurized daily within 2 hours of milking and stored at 2–5 °C; we perform daily in-house temperature and pH checks plus monthly third-party microbial testing to ensure safety and freshness
Absolutely—you can adjust your litres per day by WhatsApp message up to 12-24 hours before your next delivery
If payment isn’t received by the 5th, we send reminders on the 6th–7th; if still unpaid by the 8th, deliveries will be suspended until dues are cleared. Once you have paid, reply “I ALREADY PAID” via WhatsApp to reactivate your subscription.

What if the milk I receive has a quality issue?”
Answer: “If you ever receive milk that seems spoiled or has any quality issue, please do not consume it. Return the milk to the delivery rider the next day. We will either deduct that quantity from your bill or replace it with fresh milk on your following delivery.
