  • Pick a Daily, Weekly, or Monthly plan, and specify your desired litres per delivery

Enter Personal Information

  • Provide your name, delivery address, and daily quantity via our website form or WhatsApp at 0309-0909555

     

2. Pay Security Deposit & Receive Free Sample

Security Deposit

  • Pay a refundable deposit based on your chosen plan
      • ≤ 3 kg/day → PKR 3000

      • 3–5 kg/day → PKR 5000

      • 5–8 kg/day → PKR 8000

Complimentary Sample

  • Enjoy a 250 ml free sample delivered the next morning 7:00 – 9:00 AM in branded packaging, so you can taste before you commit

3. Confirm & Activate Your Subscription

Confirmation

  • Reply “SUBSCRIBE” on WhatsApp or click “Subscribe Now” on our site. Your deposit secures your account, and billing begins at month-end

Account Setup

  • We’ll send a confirmation message with your start date, delivery schedule, and a link to manage your plan online

4. Daily Delivery & Order Tracking

Morning Delivery

  • Fresh, pasteurized milk arrives every day between 7:00 – 9:00 AM or on your chosen delivery days for weekly/monthly plans

Real-Time Updates

  • Receive daily order status via WhatsApp so you always know when your milk is en route

If You’re Away

  • Leave a clean, insulated bag or note at your drop spot. Our rider will safely leave milk there or with a pre-arranged neighbor

5. Monthly Billing & Flexible Payments

Usage Tally & Invoice

  • On the last day of each month, we total your consumption and send an invoice via WhatsApp or email

Payment Window

  • Payments are due by the 1st–5th of the following month for monthly plans. For daily/weekly plans, payment is collected in advance at the start of each cycle

Multiple Options

  • Pay easily via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, or WhatsApp–integrated payment links

Late Payment

  • Reminders are sent on the 6th–7th, deliveries pause on the 8th if dues aren’t settled. Reactivate by messaging “I ALREADY PAID”

6. Manage, Modify, or Cancel at Any Time

Pause or Cancel

  • Send a WhatsApp message 3 days before your next delivery, we’ll pause or cancel with no penalty and refund your deposit within 15 business days after settling any dues

Adjust Quantity or Plan

  • Increase/decrease litres or switch between Daily/Weekly/Monthly up to 24 hours before your next delivery cycle

Add-On Products

  • Request yogurt, butter, or other dairy add-ons via WhatsApp one day before delivery

7. Quality Assurance & Support

Safety & Freshness

  • Milk is pasteurized within 2 hours of milking, stored at 2–5 °C, with daily in-house temperature and pH checks plus monthly third-party microbial testing

Quality Issues

  • If milk ever seems off, do not consume, return it to the rider next delivery day. We’ll deduct it from your bill or replace it for free
