1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By subscribing to DairyPass (“we,” “us”), you (“you,” “Subscriber”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) governing your use of our milk-delivery subscription service. Please read carefully before subscribing.

2. Services

  • Subscription Model: We deliver fresh milk in the morning (between 7:00–9:00 AM) to the address you specify.
  • Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required based on your plan (Rs. 3,000 for ≤3 kg/day; Rs. 5,000 for 3–5 kg/day; Rs. 8,000 for 5–8 kg/day) to secure deliveries.
  • Sample Policy: A free 250 ml sample is provided before full subscription activation.

3. Billing & Payment

  • Daily/Weekly Subscriptions: Payment is charged in advance at the beginning of each subscription period.
  • Billing Cycle (Monthly Subscriptions): Monthly milk usage is totaled at month-end; you will receive an invoice and must pay by the 1st–5th of the following month.
  • Payment Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer.
  • Late Payments: If payment isn’t received by the due date (5th of the month for monthly plans), deliveries may be suspended until dues are cleared. Deliveries will resume once payment is received.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel anytime via your dashboard or WhatsApp, with at least 3 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
  • Deposit Refund: Upon cancellation and settlement of outstanding invoices, Upon cancellation and settlement of any outstanding invoices, your security deposit (Rs. 3,000, Rs. 5,000, or Rs. 8,000 depending on your plan) is refunded within 15 business days.

5. Delivery Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend your service for non-payment or repeated missed deliveries. Suspended subscriptions may be reactivated upon full payment of dues and communication with support.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, DairyPass is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from service delay, supply interruption, or quality variations.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content—logos, text, designs—belongs to DairyPass. You may not reproduce or use our trademarks without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Rawalpindi.

9. Amendments

  • We may update these Terms with 30 days’ notice via email or website banner. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
